Week 22 - Rain, Rain, Go Away!

Week 22 June 11, 2018
Rain rain go away, come again another day!  Wow, this week it has rained almost every day!  Which was super crazy! I’ve caught a cold from it :( but thats okay cause I’m still up and working!  Doing what matters! We had 3 baptisms this week! Lisette (Chilena) Dina, y Bienne (Haitianos). Also, we had a wedding this week! Dina and Bienne got married!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was literally so happy when they got married!!! And after they got married we were visiting with them in their house and Bienne (the husband) was talking with 2 other haitianos who are living in the same house but who arent married and he told them that if they don’t get married they are living in sin!  It was good!!!

It was a week full of craziness and miracles! I'll upload pics in just a sec... love you!  I’m doing good! It was a week super crazy and I’m still not sleeping good, but it was a week very good!  I’m trying to forget myself and focus on others and hopefully that will help!

How was the week for you guys? Do you have pictures to send?

I bought a coat here that is warm and waterproof, and one of the girls
goes home this cambio in 2 weeks so I’m gonna get some of her stuff too.  I bought rain boots in Tome, my other sector, but yesterday one of them got a hole and lets in water, so I’m gonna buy some new ones.  I bought a thumb drive and speaker today, I’m hoping that listening to General Conference talks and songs from the Mormon Tabernacle Choir will help me fall to sleep sooner!

When you can, please send my new glasses, my contacts, the dresses or  skirts that I forgot, or if it’s easier I can buy stuff here, but there isn’t a lot of modest options for dresses or skirts.  5 pairs of garments! Oils... ones good for sleeping, vitamins, Slim and Sassy (the pills if possible, if not, the oils are okay) lavender, Serenity, and idk, other oils but I can’t remember exactly what.. ones you think are good for sicknesses... Deep Blue Rub! I’m not sure exactly what else...

I think that Marshall is going to be called somewhere Spanish speaking!  I think In Central or South America... not sure exactly where yet.. I’ll send my final guess next week!  How is Marshall feeling about his mission?

I get the letters in the mail about every month now because I live far away from the mission office... the problem with sending the letters directly to where I live, is I don’t know how long I’m going to live in this part of the country and by the time the letters get here I’m gonna be in a different part probably.. I think it’s good to keep sending them to the mission address!

We are doing good. I’m trying to focus on serving instead of just my wants and needs and that has helped.

I’ve got to go now, I’ll write more next week! Love you all!!!
